I decided to consolidate most of our Facebook pages into one. As a small business we don’t have the time to maintain a Facebook fan page for every product we make, so I’ve created a single brand page – DIYWebmastery – and have had to start gathering Facebook likes again from the beginning.
When you create a cover for your Facebook Page, it has to be a very specific size – precisely 851px x 315px. This is the design I created.
I used Photoshop CS6 to create a gradient background in orange – The DIY colours, and then added some clouds and a star burst, and then some coffee mug stains to tie in with the current design of this site. I then added a photo of Russell and I as the profile image.
Just in time really as we have a new premium WordPress plugin due out soon. We hope you’ll like it.
