All sites are built on WordPress using the Genesis framework by StudioPress. Sites are mobile responsive, use HTML5 and are configured to be fast, secure and easy to maintain.
Before the project starts we prepare a brief that outlines the project goals and includes all relevant terms and conditions.
The project will usually entail an element of training so you will be self-sufficient at maintaining the site going forward.
The project payment schedule is operated according to the project size.
Tiny Projects (under 2 days work – under $2000 or £1600)
The project is initiated with either a payment of USD $1000 or GBP £800 + VAT (first 8 hours work).
Final payment is made on project completion.
Small Projects (under 8 days work – under $8000 or £6400)
The project is initiated with either a payment of USD $2000 or GBP £1200 + VAT (first 16 hours work).
Stage payments of USD $2000 or GBP £1200 + VAT are made as the work is completed (every 16 hours work).
Medium Projects (over 8 days work)
The project is initiated with either a payment of USD $4000 or GBP £3200 + VAT (first 32 hours work).
Payment schedule is weekly at a rate of USD $4000 or GBP £3200 + VAT (32 hours work each and every week).
Each week either starts or ends with a project meeting to review progress and plan the next week’s work. The payment schedule helps drives the project through to completion quickly.
